Using
The Body Bar
The
Body Bar is so versatile, it can fit into almost everyone's training program.
In the aerobic
room:
- use the Body Bar by itself
- team it up with other training devices, for example: the Step, tube,
rubber bands, slide, or with the ball.
As a balancing
alternative to fast tempo classes:
- in many health clubs fast tempo aerobic classes greatly outnumber slower
paced aerobic classes. A workout with the Body Bar can provide a perfect
balance to the fast classes as well as an excellent introduction for males
to predominantly female classes. It’s also attractive to larger members
and seniors.
In the weight
room:
- for beginners, it’s the perfect tool. They can learn about training
specific body parts, muscle group imbalance and how to increase mental
focus.
- the advanced person can use the different weights to work on endurance,
stamina and to bring a maximum pump and burn.
- provides a non-threatening introduction for women to the weight room.
For personal training
and rehabilitation:
- the Body Bar is small, inexpensive, user-friendly, versatile and you
don't need a lot of space to use it. With six different weights, over
250 different movements, and more than 20 different types of training
programs, the Body Bar can fit into most any training situation..
It connects the
Mind with the Muscles:
- the movements are usually done slowly with total concentration, allowing
plenty of time to focus on the execution of the movement. This leads to
faster and better results in a shorter period of time.
With the Body Bar,
you’re improving your balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, stamina,
endurance and mental concentration. So you can see how it helps virtually
any sport or physical activity.
