Using The Body Bar
The Versatile Body Bar.The Body Bar is so versatile, it can fit into almost everyone's training program.

In the aerobic room:
- use the Body Bar by itself
- team it up with other training devices, for example: the Step, tube, rubber bands, slide, or with the ball.

As a balancing alternative to fast tempo classes:
- in many health clubs fast tempo aerobic classes greatly outnumber slower paced aerobic classes. A workout with the Body Bar can provide a perfect balance to the fast classes as well as an excellent introduction for males to predominantly female classes. It’s also attractive to larger members and seniors.

In the weight room:
- for beginners, it’s the perfect tool. They can learn about training specific body parts, muscle group imbalance and how to increase mental focus.
- the advanced person can use the different weights to work on endurance, stamina and to bring a maximum pump and burn.
- provides a non-threatening introduction for women to the weight room.
