Introducing
the Body Bar
The
concept of the Body Bar is not a new one. Originally, the Body Bar was longer
(123 cm. /4 feet) and heavier, coming in weights of 9, 12, 15 & 18 lb. It
has actually been around as long as the Step, with its original start in
America in the mid 1980's when the Step was taking most of the spotlight.
Currently the Body
Bar is being used in over 1500 health clubs across the US. Internationally,
the Body Bar is found in many countries in Europe, as well as in Australia
and Great Britain.
More recently there
has been a new, smaller, lighter version of the Body Bar sweeping through
Asia. Like many things that migrate to the east, they change a bit and
come back better!

In all the years
I have been in fitness I had never seen such a versatile training tool.
It just needed a little refining and a software program. So, over the
last six years I have been developing over 250 different movements and
over 20 different types of training manuals to go with my Body Bar. Plus,
I added a little eastern philosophy - mixed a little "Yin with the Yang"
to bring you my Body Bar Concept.
